San Pellegrino, in search of the next up and coming Chef, hosted the 6th Annual Almost Famous Chef competition in Napa Valley California. 10 finalists from the across the US and Canada competed for the title of 'Almost Famous Chef'. The winner was Chef Kristianne Pak from the California School of Culinary Arts - Le Cordon Bleu program with a signature dish of Glazed Beef Short Ribs, Stir Fried Miso Spinach, and Chestnut Steamed Rice. Kristi won 3 of 4 of the awards, including the overall crown of San Pellegrino Almost Famous Chef.
