She will also show how she incorporates meditative techniques into her cooking and turns the mundane task of cooking into a mind/body exercise. Vegan chef, animal advocate, and former Mrs. Hawaii International, Ori Ann Li has travelled the world to discover great food and cultures. She has studied at the famed French culinary arts institute Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and Ottawa, the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City, as well as the renowned Cordon Vert vegetarian cooking school in England, and has also received professional training in Chinese, Thai, and Indian cooking. Ori Ann co-hosted a healthy cooking segment on Hawaii television, and is currently launching her own cooking show.
