Chef Ron Bilaro recently held a Pre-Valentine dinner in cooperation with Enderun Colleges to honor the Overseas Filipino Workers. The event was aptly named "Alay sa OFW". The event was graced by personalities no less than Ryan Cayabyab and the Vice-President of the Republic of the Philippines, Noli deCastro, as well as other who's who in the philippine social scene. Guests were served with a feast created by Chef Ron Bilaro, prepared and served by Enderun Students.
