This is a video made by photographer Chris Honeysett at Alla Madonna del Piatto, a lovely country inn and cooking school in Umbria, near Assisi, Italy. The video documents a cooking class given by myself - Letizia - during a splendid sunny day 3 years ago. We first visit Barbara at her wonderful food shop Terra Umbra in Santa Maria degli Angeli. Then we go to our agriturismo, relax with some good wine and cook a meal. All our efforts are finally consumed on our wonderful terrace overlooking Assisi and the green Umbrian hills.
