Adoption - Aaron & Felicia We became good friends over two years, learning about our mutual joy for grunge and indie rock, gaming, Hong Kong films, good literature, and the yearning to go places and see new things. These grew into more in 1999, ultimately resulting in our 2003 lakeside wedding. Aaron is a systems engineer for a major aerospace company who has taken his boyhood love of spaceships and jet fighters and turned them into reality, designing both manned and unmanned vertical-lift aircraft. Felicia is an electrical engineer who works as a software tester for a building components company. She loves to spend her free time painting figurines and miniatures, reading, knitting, and experimenting in a variety of delicious (yet healthy!) culinary delights. We also enjoy traveling together, both domestic and international; from our honeymoon in Italy to vacations in places such as California, Oregon, Washington, Louisiana, and of course, Disneyworld! Our family currently consists of the two of us and our two dogs. Kaylee is our smart girl, a five year-old rescued hound mix; and River is our playful cutie-pie, a two year-old rescued Maltese-Poodle. They are our two girls and we take them with us on all our trips home for the holidays to be with our families. We have a close family, with Felicia's brother living in the same city and both of our parents living just a few hours away.
