Alexandra came to the U.S. after a seven triumphant years living and working in France. After working on highly regarded West Hollywood's Patina restaurant, she moved to NewYork to start Splichal original New York City project. In 2003 she was the chance to embellish their repertoire when she was offered Butter Restaurant's Executive Chef. There she created her own unique eclectic green market, American-inspired menu.
